found this posted up by a race friend.  George Bryce of Star Racing shares his feeling of why Harley Davidson told him he can't build a competition NHRA Pro Stock DragBike.
Since the only H-D PSM are only two factory H-D/Vance and Hines team.
So its not just flat track that H-D has pushed around real builders and racers with rule changes.
